Held with fake dollar note at airport

A Sri Lankan born Canadian national was nabbed at the Katunayake International Airport when he attempted to cash a fake $100 note, police said.
The suspect was nabbed after an alert ground hostess tipped of f the authorities after the man had given her the note to make a purchase at the airport’s duty free shop, they said.
The suspect was billed to take a flight for Toronto.
